In the seniors it quickly became apparent our midfielders were on top of Dandenong, with David Stynes, Mui and Haydos playing some great footy. Beau played very well up forward taking numerous contested marks. All in all it was a very rounded effort with everyone contributing. Great to get our first win on the board in Round 1.

Dandenong: 6-9-45

In the reserves the best players included Chipper and Zooey with great support from Darcy and Matty White kicking a few early goals when the game was in the balance. The defense repelled numerous attacks in the first half making it very difficult for Dandenong to kick a competitive score. All the boys played well and look forward to the next game after a bye next week.
